3. Service Agreements

Service bookings are confirmed upon acknowledgment from our team. We will provide details regarding scheduling, scope of work, and any specific requirements discussed during the consultation.
3.2 Access to Premises
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned. This includes ensuring that our team can enter the property at the agreed-upon time.
3.3 Preparation
We may request that certain areas be cleared or that pets be secured prior to service. Specific preparation requirements will be communicated before the appointment.
4. Pricing and Payment

6. Client Responsibilities

- Disclose any hazardous materials, fragile items, or areas requiring special attention
- Secure valuables, important documents, and irreplaceable items prior to service
- Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
- Inform us of any pets on the premises
7. Liability
7.1 Service Quality
Steadyprogress is committed to delivering quality cleaning services. Each space undergoes multi-stage treatment with final quality inspection. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
7.2 Damage
We take care when working with all materials, from delicate fabrics to industrial coatings. In the event of accidental damage during service, please notify us immediately. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess each situation individually.
7.3 Limitations
Steadyprogress is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to items or surfaces
- Damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable
- Items left in pockets of clothing or upholstery
- Stains or damage that cannot be removed without risk of harm to the material
- Consequential losses arising from service delays or cancellations
